Executive Assistant

Job Description

  • Working closely with the Managing Director of the Firm.  Manage MDs calendar, workflow, and client matters.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure memorandums.
  • Interfacing with clients, engagement administration including document management and on-boarding issues.
  • Assistance with social media presence; website, marketing materials and collateral.
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet software.
  • Show willingness to exhibit sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decision; include appropriate people in decision-making process.
  • Follows instructions, respond to management direction; take responsibility for own actions; keep commitments; complete tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality; apply feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.  Flexible working hours, paid time-off (PTO), cell phone stipend, health insurance and retirement plan.
