Ryan joined the firm in March 2020 as a Research Fellow.
Ryan is an early-career researcher and writer with professional interests in public policy and international affairs. He is providing research and editorial support to the firm on U.S. tax policy, financial reports, and business valuations. Prior to joining Conner & Associates, Ryan worked for an immigration law firm in New York City. He currently is working on a book project, Remembering 1916 and 1969: The Power of the Past in Northern Ireland (expected publication: December 2020), about the origins of the twentieth-century sectarian conflict in Northern Ireland and its significance today.
Ryan graduated from William & Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Public Policy.
He lives in Newtown, PA.
